			I become a member of the Association.
			A: The Members 
			page has membership requirements and other information on becoming 
			an association member. 
			
			Q: Can I update my membership roster information on line?
			A: Yes.  The Members 
			page has a link to
			
			Update Your Information.  Complete all 
			fields, then click to e-mail the form OR click to print the form and 
			mail it to the address indicated.

			I view previous editions of the Newsletter?
			A: Yes.  The 
			Newsletters page has links for each edition of

			1997. 
			Q: Are Cold War Certificates still available?
			A: Yes.  If you served in any military branch, including 
			Reserves, between September 2, 1945, and December 26, 1991, you may 
			be eligible.  Information on this program appeared in the
